Barron's usually has 4 advisor sentiment reading services AAI, Investor Intelligence and 2 others in the market laboratory. Was it from one of these or was this a count from stuff appearing elsewhere in the paper?

Aside from VIX is there a clean index fro implied volatility in markets or stocks??

It is my opinion that we are in the midle of important indecision pattern wen Implied volatility dropped dramaticly in certain high flying stocks.(e.g from the 60% range to 40% range for example)
