Jim, Sounds like a cluster partition has severed your inner lobes. FBN is a well known farce trying to help teach the uninitiated that there is a lot of scum surfacing as Y2K fixes.

Perhaps you just got a pre-release of 7.2 and forgot to tune your galactic global sector's sysgen param. Oh well better luck next time.
