I perfectly understood what you said, Spidey, though you must concede that you frequently fail to express yourself with clarity.

What you said, quite unambiguously, was that the DTC will force Mann to cover a short position of 180,000 shares. A few points here:

1. The DTC is a depository and a clearinghouse. They cannot force anyone to do anything, nor would they wish to. They have no monetary interest in this business. They do, however, have a fiduciary responsibility to act in accordance with the regulations by which they are governed. The DTC is not, as you suggest, conspiring with Andy Mann and JB Oxford against the interests of Mike Sylver. The DTC could care less, which is probably why they haven't bothered to send a representative to any of the hearings.

2. It is by no means certain that Mann is short 180K shares. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't.

3. No one has ordered anyone else to cover any short positions. That is not what the injunction is about. Go back and read it.

And on a related note: I'm still waiting to hear a convincing explanation of why the Sylvers lent Mann 480K shares of AZNT to short. I suspect I'll be waiting a loooooonnnnnngggg time.
