What does the company do? I have come across a company that is a spin-off of a public bio-tech company. Their name is Transhealth and what is interesting about them is that they make in home diagnostic test kits. Three are currently FDA approved for pregnancy, ovulation and for illegal drugs. The others that are pending FDA approval are for AIDS/HIV and Prostate Cancer. They are sold under the "Rapid Series" name and you will be able to find them at a local drug store such as CVS or Rite Aid. Another interesting product that they have is the "Donor Organ Transport System". This device in which they acquired the patent from the University of California Irvine allows for organs to be transported for up to 24 hrs, much longer than is currently available today without the organ dying. They do have to pay royalties to UC Irvine, but it looks like a good product.

Another one I have come across is a company that retrofits oil wells with a much smaller pump which uses less electricity and pumps out up to three times as much oil with their new pump. That means they can make unprofitable wells, profitable and also reclaim oil that was thought to costly to pump. The name of that company is Dynapump.

Where do you get your Private Placements from? I am always looking to
find some new ones?
