I guess the best course for MDIN(not necessarily the best for share holders short term) would be take out a loan

And therein is the rub. High quality small cap businesses are having great difficult obtaining credit in this environment. Hence the recent fed easing. This could be one of the reasons for issuing new shares. I think at this point I would rather they got the loan though. I hope they have a source if they need it.
