HI Michael, another option question. What is the best strategy to maximize the use of LEAPS. For example, a few weeks ago, I bought AMAT 2001 20 calls which have increased markedly as the stock has gone up to $34. To maximize the return does it make the most sense to write a series of options such as the Jan 99 35 call or April 99 35 call, and then a later call that year or to just write fewer, farther out calls such as Jan 50 2000 or 2001 to capture more option time premium. Of course, I could sell, but prefer to hold the LEAPS for now. Thanks for your ideas. Mark
