Dear Jeff: The SEC doesn't require a preannouncement for negative earnings. Nor does the SEC require a conference call to explain earnings. The SEC only requires a 10Q filing no later than 45 days after the end of the Quarter. So, Caputo can remain silent if he chooses. I don't believe that you can read anything positive or negative in his silence.

Just like you, I'm waiting with bated breath for earnings. However, without an explanation during a conference call it may not be possible to determine the long-term prospects of CMND. And, effectively, no analysts follow CMND. While Zachs still list two analysts (Cowen and Volpe) as following CMND, they haven't issued an analysis since the IPO debacle.

Caputo has to become vocal and start telling the CMND story. I simply do not understand his silence.
