rudedog, now why would those new tricks be hard to learn ... for an old dog? Old dogs usually will learn new tricks ... if the tricks are worth their while learning. Kidding aside, I could comfortably hold all the stocks on your list for the next 3-5 years comfortably as an investor ... except for DELL. DELL's strategic role is less clear although it's objective is to migrate into the enterprise market. My sense is that when one holds CSCO as an investment, CSCO's future does not depend mainly on Chambers ... when one holds DELL as an investment, DELL's does future depends heavily on Mikey.
