I do not think 30 is the # at all...It has to do with when he can declare victory..If he can walk away at 18 or 24 or 52 the number is not that overwhelming, remember they repriced the options along time ago. With all of the tax issues, he would have to take it over time...so his deal can be struck anytime with guarrentees of value, just like the deal they struck with YAGO. The issue is not $ to CB, it is how can he feel good about getting out. How can others view his efforts as positive and how can he recieve the credit for the turnaround. This is the real issue. I believe the recent activity is reinforcement that others are sensing a launch from the $10 range. hence the bigger than normal blocks. if we can see an continued upside push, then at some point we should see a run up leading to an annoucment binge or a severe sell off if this does not occur.
