To all: Those who are in WAVX for its long term growth and potential should take Johns's (24601's) comments to heart and react maturely to whatever develops in the next couple of weeks. Read what he said at least five times; then think about what he is saying. Companies with solid long term prospects generally achieve them by a series of momentum-building upward appreciations. Spectacular, immediate announcements and stock price jumps, unaccompanied by demonstrations of the bottom-line confirmation of accelerating, solid business generally are also accompanied by similar spectacular, immediate price collapses with every small negative development. IMHO that you will eventually thank this company's very solid and experienced management for being willing to take the heat from the more impatient of the stockholders, rather than abandon their business-like, professional, gradual movement of the company to a position in which it can be a credible player in a "big boy's" market. To successfully meet its (and our) objectives of making the WAVE system in integral part of e-commerce and content distribution/management this tiny company must prove to the IBM's, HP's, etc., of the world that it not only has a good idea, but that it has the ability to implement it on a large scale, reliably and professionally and in a reasonably short time. Sometimes, as so well pointed out by Marty, these big companies have to be brought kicking and screaming to the reality of a new development, but they will not take notice of it if it is put forth by a company that acts like a juvenile. Were the company to behave in a mode of hype, bluff, boast, intrigue, mystery and subterfuge (as implied by some posters) it would find itself frozen out of the market, even if the product was basically sound. The fact that this company's management has "been through the mill" in other large, successful companies, coupled with their entrepreneurial bent and their ability to bring an idea into a business reality, puts them in a unique position to determine the extremely fine-tuned balance necessary between pushing the product and establishing the company as a credible, dependable, professional company that is ready for growth. IMHO that if you are disappointed by the lack of the degree of spectacularity of fireworks in the next couple of weeks, you will eventually thank the Spragues and their associates for their reasoned and business-like approach. Just my opinion. Steve
