As of now, Globex is at cash value.

As to your picks it may be very valid, but I can only presume that there are plenty of shorts in those stocks. I hope I am wrong and MSFT,DELL and CSCO will retrace to their real value with reasonable PE.

I see DELL making a higher high before terminally crashing (if it does). Up to $75 according to my chart. I give it 8 or 9 days to do that. I see the overall market rising too. Especially small caps and financials.
