OK the market is closed and the thread is quiet. We can get back to this 'box wine' thing that has been bothering me all day. The bet was CHARDONNAY. Now if good CHARDONNAY comes in a BOX, I'll be FINE WITH THAT, provided it says Diamond Mountain Ranch on the BOX. Wasn't aware it came that way, but there is a lot I don't know, as is so frequently pointed out here and there on SI. If you can find RED CHARDONNAY, fine. If you can find really GOOD RED CHARDONNAY, so much the better for you, if you win. As for alcohol consumption, as it relates to shirts, blouses, young, funny, college students and the like -- I can be well behaved EVEN AFTER a nice bottle of CHARDONNAY. Although, my preference would be otherwise, but I seldom get what I want. I wanted PRGN to decline further from $28 too... a lot more than this stuff. I'll drink non-alcoholic box wine for year if you can erase THOSE trades. BTW, did you see the action on BERW as a result of our bets? They should DONATE a case, or two, or three -- no boxes tho. Jan 40's DOUBLED!!!!! From now on I'm taking my jokes seriously and only joking about the rest. Now where is my wheel chair... Melissa, get me my damn wheel chair, will you please - time to go ;) ttf
