Backfill, "Seems to me there is still a bunch of work and reward left in optical DUV" Yes, one thing to bear in mind is that when post DUV litho comes into being it will be only for the critical layers. At that point the non-critical layers will then become DUV. There are a lot more non-critical layers than critical. Therefore there is a lot of life left in DUV. Also, does anyone know if CYMI earnings for this quarter (est 0.05) include the one time charge for lay-offs ? Thanks JC.
