Robert,

Granted TSIG may need a cash infusion to accomplish their goals in the immediate future. We have been told the PP is there. My view is RG does not want to complete the PP deal right now. I think he is waiting to take some positive news to the table to get better terms or/and a better stock value due to the positive revues given for the completion of forward business.

There are a number of items on the table that will accomplish this goal. TSIG is working very diligently toward improving shareholder value.

I think the rewards are just around the corner.

Bob

Robert,

There is much to be said in agreement with your points. However, your post has me curious.

How long have you been in TSIG?

Do you see anything that you like at TSIG, and what might that be if your answer is yes?

Additionally, your comment They have a negative amortization of 31 MILLION!!! What's your point? Aside from the self-evident how do you view this as bad? Do you believe it would be better as debt? There can be significant tax advantages. After all, we are all aware of the 53,000,000 shares that are issued. Please clarify your point.

Rich
