Just a heads up: with all of your various personae you have an unfortunate tendency to repeat pet phrases endlessly. Bad habit, you should work on it.

And I'll tellya something that astonishes ME: from my perspective, AZNT's case is as full of holes as a Swiss cheese. And yet it seems not even to have entered your head that it might be dismissed, or that the company may lose. And in either of THOSE cases, let's just guess who'll pay the legal bills. And they'll be staggering.

MTEI tried to litigate against former managment. This didn't get very far at all; the whole thing was over with in the space of about three weeks. There were a total of two court hearings. Counsel then refused to proceed unless the company came up with a million bucks.

And sorry, Spidey, if you don't find the business of the 480K shares embarrassing as all get-out, well, what can I say? Crusader against the shorts lends shares....sheesh. Can you spell "hypocrite"?

(Well, given your language skills, probably not.)
