Dan, Could you be thinking of the name change that occurred in January of this year? That's when Nona Morelli's II (NONA) became NuOasis Resorts(NUOA). NONA was a food business. NUOA reflects the companies core business of leisure and entertainment. Or are you thinking of the Chinese deal where Nona received 40 % of the profits from two Macau casinos in exchange for 20 million shares of Nona stock. The business climate changed and Fred exited with the 20 million shares back in the Treasury. I've been in NuOasis Resorts for over 5 years and this scenario (as you put it) has never been played before. I still remember the first teleconference where Fred stated that he believed that NUOA (NONA at the time) would be a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY! Fred is methodically building a Billion Dollar Company.
