I don't think there's a problem. This rally in the markets looks to me to be a "return to balance" affair, where the most deeply-oversold groups popped back. That obviously makes the averages look strong, especially NASDAQ, home of so many technology and financial stocks.

In contrast, Yahoo has been strong all along, especially since the company changed its margin targets in late September, so there is less rebound effect.

I think it's important to stay focused on the fundamentals Yahoo showed in their recent results. Yahoo can take flight at a moment's notice, especially when no one expects it. Most aren't expecting it now because it's post-earnings time when the stock usually takes a two-month vacation and consolidates.
