Krash,

Re: "Yousef, how about some more process ..."

I will give you some soon, Krash ... How about you giving us some more
of your "patented" name-calling. This seems to be what you excel at ... With
the possible exception of losing money in AMD.

Make It So,
Yousef

Kash-No-Data - Re: "How about some actual factual discussion rather than name calling oh great fab. expert. "

The disengenuous one shows his hypocrisy once again !

Where's the Blow-away K-7 benchmark Data ?

You STINK asking Yousef for factual information when he has provided enormous amounts of process information - and you have provided nothing but STINKING HOT AIR AND RACIST SLURS.

Paul

<How come INTEL has no new speed grades while AMD is ramping up every couple of months.>

Here's a hint: Intel doesn't need to underclock the processor bus down by 5% just to crank up the MHz by 5%. They used to back in the Pentium days, but that was before Intel enjoyed high yields.

If AMD were truly yielding very well, there would be no need for them to create new "speed grades" by cranking down the processor bus. Maybe once AMD does get good yields, those 333, 366, and 380 (and perhaps 428?) speed grades will disappear. Until then, we'll just have to wait and see.
