"Laggard'' play alert ! ....<most humble suggestion>...

HLX / Halter Marine

We have had the laggards here; back & fill and move upward with the overall move in the Oilpatch. Most stocks here have double bottomed; the problem is that many have moved 20-30-50-70% off of their lows and many no longer look like value plays. Most all have recovered to the levels of their September highs off of the first bottom.

Here is a stock that is highly undervalued; mis-priced and poised to bounce strong as a ''laggard'' imho. With few ''bargains'' in comparison to recent lows; - this is a ''gem'' ... time will tell. But, is has plenty of room to retrace to its Sept high of $13 11/16 and more importantly; it is one of the very few Oilpatch stocks selling below its Sept low, which was $8 9/16ths.

@ $8 ish this is the #1 value and short term play in the Oilpatch, with no close 2nd....imho. It is poised for a 50-60% move in returning to near its Sept levels.

HLX is a greatly misunderstood company. They have a very diversified marine construction business, doing Government, Military, Marine and Commercial construction. Their growing International business is strong and their Rig fabrication business is strong and adds to its diversity. This company still gets priced like a ''Boat'' company in bad times, but like a ''Fab'' company in good times...

So, buy it in bad & sell it in good times !

Technicals look good as well:

*** Do your "DD" - this looks verrrrry interesting imho.
