Dennis,

Having posted that response very late at night, I could only get to answering one list of questions. Yes, to approach it more realistically, the larger inventory base is something to take into consideration. In addition, like I said, the valuation is something to watch out for from the short standpoint, as its level could provide that cushion from which value-based players may wish to make an entry.

But neither would I be entirely comfortable enough with the initial findings to establish an all-out long position. Right now, there's a number of factors that need settling that only the company can answer on a quarterly earnings basis.

I viewed Radica as a possible component within the whole context of a portfolio's risk. Given my own small cap holdings and the findings related to volatility reduction from adding short issues to one's account, I felt it may have been an appropriate addition for my portfolio.

I am glad that my comments have sparked this commentary from the other RADAF longs. Now if only we could approach stock analysis with questions as well thought out as Swedelo's and Mr. Gentry's. Thanks you two for providing the necessary balance to the analysis.

Regards,

Rainier
