The question of the day, at least for me, is why Amazon has not issued the standard "Vehement denial" of the Wal-Mart lawsuit. They have not said ONE PUBLIC WORD YET. This is extremely strange.

And to answer williams question, companies CAN respond to such things when they are in a quiet period.

My guess is an out of court settlement where Amazon will be forced to remove technology stolen from Wal-Mart.. (Amazon immediately compensated each Wal-Mart insider to the tune of 3 million dollars in stock options that have already been exercised)

Could make for an interesting holiday season, if Amazon has to remove their stolen inventory and ordering system.
