Its my understanding that there have been offers for the company. If this is true the the preferred stock has first got to be paid out of these funds prior to any monies going to the common stock. Most of my investment is in the preferred stock which is earning a return which is good. The only problem with the interest is that it wont be paid out by the company anytime soon with cash but I can redeem the interest in common stock at $1 per share. I know that doesnt look good now but could be quite good once this thing begins to fly. The diference I see with what your looking at is that you will be paid in cash at the 12% rate. The paperwork goes into all the detail. I really believe that we should see some upward movement in the next 30 days. If the 1.5 gets done in november and get the 600 estimated from oct. then all that is needed is 1mil in december we should show in the black for the secound quarter. Thats got to be worth something. On top of that the big announcement that jon was talking about hasnt happened yet. If that comes then we could see things heat up pretty fast.

Alphanet reported first quarter results. the stock dropped 50% on the news of the loss. Off 3.81 to 3.69. Hopefully ustt should be reporting good sales for the first quarter and an overall decrease in the loss compared to last year with higher sales for the quarter. Did you get back in at your previous level. Also found an anouncement at the hotel site that mbe business express was sponsering a business center at the show. This site has been slow to post any recent news.
