mmeggs: I think alot of people on this thread view me as someone who is trying to "talk down" Qualcomm. That view is far from the truth. IP is the issue in the courts, however, what Ericsson cannot implement, or as Maurice would say steal/copy, is implementing a CDMA system within a commercial wireless environment. Those secrets/strategies are protected under what is called a trade secret. That is where Qualcomm and its investors should hang their hats on. dave
