I do not think so much that he (Cramer) perceives the solution for the stock market is to lower rates .... sounds to me, he thinks more like solving the more serious bond problem is going to continue to inflate the stock market (good, bad or otherwise) ...... if he's right, the cascading effect will ultimately be bad.
