Frank, As you know, WSP is one of my favorites but you will be right on the $2 barrier. ACA has a share structure conducive to quick moves. Once it passes $2, there is some resistance in the $2.35 to $2.40 range and than a larger resistance in the $2.75 range. One can easily DRAW their own conclusions. Discalimer: I have not recommended ACA in the letter as I own some shares but am recommending accumulation of NCS and TYR in the Buffalo Head area. Sincerely, Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng.
