janice i think you pretend. Pretend what? Seems to me you're the one who's pretending that the trial is over and done with, all decided, when in fact it hasn't even begun. For just a split second, I'm being entirely serious: I genuinely don't understand why you can't grasp this simple fact. andy mann must return this stock and in short amount of time. he has been successful in getting some stock but not enough. Which stock? The 4MM shares, or the 480K shares? And once again: so far no one has ordered anyone else to return any shares to anybody. and he is also wanted man who can only enter country with great danger of arrest. For what? Care to enlighten us? Because if you're wrong you may find yourself with one helluva a libel suit on your hands. dtc tell jboxford they have little time too. they say they cannot stall for jboxford any more. Please cite your sources at JB Oxford and the DTC. Otherwise I'm afraid you can't know anything about this. Neither party is likely to have called up Mike Sylver or Bob Quiel to explain. i am sure you know aznt is self transfer now so this is not factor. Boy, is it ever a factor. BB companies who go the self-transfer route--especially after three of their TAs have resigned in less than a year--tend to be regarded as highly suspect in many quarters. And by the way: has Mike yet bothered to register to act as TA? If not, this would make a GREAT excuse for not releasing shares whose restrictions had expired, wouldn't it? i do not know why you defend these criminals. What criminals? Mann? The DTC? JB Oxford? Meyerson? You really DO enjoy throwing accusations about, don't you? News flash: in order to become a criminal you have first to be convicted of something. But never mind. Meanwhile: On October 2, Phoenix District Court Judge Rico Spider issued a two-paragraph ruling that VP Shell was nice enough to paraphrase for this reporter: "Printers make illegal shares. Printers go to jail for using Red Dye #2. People must burn all red certs. People in stadium ordered to return certs they throw on field. But certs cleaned up and burned so must buy back on open market."
