OC, you are screwing us. If we trade now and it turns out your post is accurate, we have been given inside information. If what you say is untrue, then you're spreading false inside information. You don't have a clue about personal responsibility.

If OC is spreading groundless rumors he might be subjecting himself to a potential lawsuit. One company recently sued posters to a Yahoo! stock board thread for spreading rumors - they named Yahoo! as a co-defendant. They claim massive damages based on the decline of the stock after the rumors started. I don't think OC's comments could be construed to be trying to drive down the stock price, but then who knows what might happen if expectations aren't met - no matter how speculative those expectations might be.
