Jason - your depth of thought is somewhat astonishing - the significance of ABX, dear boy, is that they traditionally don't take minority positions in mines - so if this thing is really going to have legs there has to be some anticipation that ABX will make a bid at some point for ARP. On the other hand, if ABX has the option to acquire more of the property they would be content with that and would not bid for the stock - get it? That is why NEM's position in this seems a bit anomalous. E
