Juniper is funded by a number of Cisco competitors. Part of these contracts is that the companies that helped fund Juniper can not acquire them. At the same time these companies (LU, COMS, etc.) will not sell to CSCO...no way, no how.

No, Juniper is on their own..they will need to make it on their own. CSCO won't be allowed to buy them and the funding companies are contractually precluded.

imo, csco is now in the near-term selling range for profit. IMO, starting from middle of this week and continuing next week, tech stocks will come down quite a bit. Time to take some profit and may be able to get back in at around 51-54$ range for normal mkt
condition. If csco does indicate some warning in their qtr report next week, it will be
down to the mid 30s
