Can you are anyone use this site to compare U.S. deaths in 97 with those in 1998 due to meningococcal infection. Table III should show this info but I can't get into it.

There perhaps is some U.K data of a similar nature but I have not found it yet.

O.K. Got Texas. This does not mean we will be closer to an answer but it might be a start.

Now see one can only get morbidity for meningococcal disease. Mortality is available only for Influenza.
For the U.S. reported cases were 2,112 in 98 against 2,616 thru the 41 week ending 17 Oct.

However, I now believe this data is available somewhere in this CDC site.
