We're more than "on the edge" of mass deployment of Internet technology. It's deployed. The "devices", BTW, are called "PCs". I doubt very much that the "set top" market these guys are flapping their jaws about will ever come about. Some cable companies would like to think otherwise, but I think the public has made their preferences clear - a PC provides a much better environment for web surfing than a TV. And the downward price spiral is almost frightening. :) (BTW, PT, go hang out in the UVEW thread for a while if you beleive these guys. You will have fun there...)
