Stephen, another reason the market's balloon may pop is tomorrow's 2 pm NATO deadline for Serb forces to retreat and stop the killing. They might extend the deadline again but if they do, I think they are playing into Milosevich'? hands. He's already called their bluff once, if they do so again, their words in the future will be taken as just that. Words. The innocents get slaughtered while the bureaucrats decide what percent of collateral damage is acceptable for them. These so called leaders would rather see children die then take some responsible actions to stop this maniac. Later, BR
