What if the company decides to use their recent lows as a buying point instead of up 35+% here from those lows at the 9+ region? Don't depend on management to effect transactions for your benefit. Their main focus is and should be on "running the business" to maximize shareholder value.

Many times companies announce and authorize but like many others, they play stock market holding out for that all important 1/8th of a point. The stock is obviously trading up on nice volume and that should be your main indicator...price enhanced with expanding volume.

Mike, do you know that MRVC has not made any share repurchases?

What's the source on that? I looked at the action around the $5s, and just assumed the company was rebuying to protect $5.00 and avoid all the nastyness that a drop below that entails.
