Hi everyone,

Just thought i would pass this on as it is important information as far
as new rules regarding OTC companies having to be fully reporting to the
SEC to retain their OTC quotation is about to be put to the commission,
here is the email i just recieved.

Jay Kells

Dear Mr Kells,

We expect that this proposal will be published for public comment in the

Federal Register around the middle of next week. After the comment
period (60 days, I believe) if the proposal is approved, there will be a

6 month grace period during which companies on the OTCBB as of the
approval date will have to become registered with the SEC. After the
grace period, there will be a 12 month phase-in. Immediately after
approval, companies wanting to be quoted on the OTCBB must be fully
compliant with the rule (the grace period applies only to companies on
the OTCBB as of the approval date).

As soon as the proposal is published in the Federal Register, a link
will be put on the OTCBB Web site so that interested parties can read
the full text of the proposal.
