I suppose it all depends on the shape of the curve. If a drop in the last couple of weeks in August was severe enough to drag the whole quarter's sales down 8%, that might be "substantial." Anyway, why try to second guess them -- as far as I'm concerned, if they say it's substantial, then it is! Late edit: Sorry, when I wrote the above I thought the original quote was from management. If it's just Value Line talking, then give it whatever credibility you choose. JMHO.
