Well its great to hear from someone who could have saved this
company. And now we learn it was Lanza who was bringing a
last ditch effort to the table and this current management we can
thank for f&%$(*g it up because their greedy pigs. Goes to show that this board didn't give a crap about us shareholders and were only
thinking about how much they could scoop from the till before they
were sent out the door. Now I want to know what we shareholders can do to bring a company like yours back to the table and see
if we can save this company. Or is it to late? What can we do
to file charges against this board and how can they become personally liable for what they have done?

If I remember correctly, Vigliarolo said he brought you in and it
his contact that introduced the two of you. Your saying you
were introduced to Airstar from Lanza. So now we have another
lie to add to the blackboard on Vigliarolo. Isnt that ironic.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks for making the
record straight.

I was told also that Vigliarolo brought this Zwebner guy in. When
I talked with Lanza a while back he said that he had met
Zwebner through a mutual contact and then Zwebners people
were looking at the possibilities the company had and what they
could do with it. From what I understood the current management wanted to be compensated at unreasonable amounts and
this investment group couldnt sit around and wait for these guys
to come to sense. So that is why we are looking at this company
in a chapter. It goes to show that you cant believe anything this
Board says and more than likely Zwebner and his people got a
butt full of dealing with this snail shit group of management.

I am just sick of all the stories this management tells. They are
really bad news if you ask me. Now I want to know what we
can do to make them liable for their actions and if we can save
our investment. Any ideas?

Jeff,

I have been working for the last 6 months trying to get a group or a company to help save our deal. So to answer your question, I am on the outside, trying to save our investment.
