Hi Barrie!

Yes, I do think that it is good news that JAWZ has hired someone who is going to be responsible for corporate development. They needed that....and if you say you think that he will do a great job for us, then that's good enough for me.

Ok....I know I'm confused sometimes....but I've been reading all this talk about no revenues or sales....and I thought that JAWZ already was getting some revenue and sales. Maybe not from the palm-sized stuff, but from their original product. I just thought they weren't free to tell the name of the buyers.

BUT...you know what? The good thing is that once JAWZ becomes officially a reporting company...we'll get to see their financials every quarter...and so we won't have to wait until mid-1999 or 2000 to see the revenue figures. I am SO GLAD that the 10SB has been filed. Like you said one time....maybe by Christmas the SEC will have accepted it.

On a personal note....in less than a week I shall be in Canada (Quebec)for part of a day! Can hardly wait! This past Saturday I almost began to think I wouldn't make it. A deer fell from the sky and landed on my windshield and totaled my car. Well, maybe it didn't fall from the sky...but it sure seemed like it. It came from nowhere. I hear there are moose to look out for up North...oh dear.

Juanita

It seems like this new person's title should be investor relations instead of corporate development. Selling more stock does not develop the company, it only brings in more money while reducing current investor's stock value. Just another reason to wait. Do you think a big institution is going to pay a premium for their shares?
