David,

<<If you will be on the conference call again, will you ask about the current status of the preferred shares?

If possible information regarding the IGS relationship would also be greatly appreciated.

All the recent talk about OEM announcements being pushed out again is
discouraging, but does have one positive aspect. If the decisions are 4-6 months out it means that the new 8 port switch will have the time to compete for the contracts.>>

I plan to be on the call, and if there is time, I will ask your questions. I was kind of hoping Greg would handle the preferred share questions, though. <g>

I don't think the OEM announcements are getting pushed out any further, at least not by much. During the last conference call, expectations for anything this year were pretty much eliminated. The Boeing and INRANGE deals were bonuses, in my view. I also had the same thought regarding the 8-port switch. Since OEM announcements HAVE gotten pushed out this far, Ancor is probably in a better position as long as the OEM decisions hadn't already been made before the switch was available.
