Hi Jurgen;

AOL, YHOO, and AMZN took out major short-term resistance levels on avg. volume: 118, 124, and 118 respectively.

My next target for AMZN is 126. I think it would get there and then sell off back to ~117 before earnings.

After earnings, no clue. It is hard to believe that after earnings it would trade higher than its 80-120 range that it has in the past.

Suresh does a good job of shorting AMZN in several strokes. You may want to think about doing the same.

Take care;

Clint

Jurgen;

""Narrowly-focused"" Intraday profit taking which is normal during uptrend.......followed by a strong close....Sort of like seperating the men from the boys!!!

Watching these signs closely.

Clint

Jurgen; From one of my favorite TV series when I was as kid....and now too!!!

------------The action in the NAZ------------

Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'
Though the streams are swollin'
Keep them doggies Rollin' Rawhide,
Though rain and wind and weather,
Hell bent for leather,
Wishing my gal was by my side,
All those things I'm missing
good loving and kissin'
are waiting at the end of my ride.

Remember that?

I don't understand what is meant by "Hell bent for leather" and I asked a few Texans here and they didn't know either.

Who does?

Clint

PS, I guess today's market close told us know who the men are and who the boys are!
