Thanks for the information.

I overheard a CNBC interview with NYSE folks say the problem was with one of their older switches that linked the transaction "center" to the trading booths on the exchange floor.

They added that the older switched - replaced with a newer older switch - would eventually be upgraded.

As will EVERYTHING EVENTUALLY!
