<<Different strokes for different folks, as they say, but we all have to live with our own career and family choices.>>

You have to base your choices involving the two on some principle, they don't balance themselves. Do the family needs and issues represent a given worth. Does that influence or over ride career choices? Of course it is not a choice of having one and not the other unless you are choosing not to have a family at all. If you have a family, you also must have a career or there is no sustanance for the family. So what are the options for defining the principles that lay the foundation for these choices?

but we all have to live with our own career and family choices.

And the right supports these choices - NOT.

Anyway, not to fear, I was at the mall yesterday and counted one european looking teenager for every 10 mixed race / asian kids. The RR will be squashed when this new generation grows up and becomes voters - less than 10 yrs away.
