Hi David - you said "There's nothing wrong with the speed of SI. The problem lies in the route between you and SI." You have been helpful to me in the past, e.g. telling me how to do a tracert, which I forwarded to Rogers Cable. I guess that I'm just not smart enough to understand why my cable modem can be lightning quick for several days and then bog down for 2 weeks - taking sometimes a minute to load a page.
