<<That means that in the last two months all 299 B shares and perhaps 75 C shares have been absorbed by the market. This would increase the shares outstanding by about 3.74M shares, or to about 17.6M. Any additional sales by the Citadel Entities would raise the number of shares outstanding.>>

As of 8/26/98 there were 1279 shares of preferred stock outstanding. If the reports are true that $7M is outstanding today, this means that 589 shares were converted in the last two months. The common shares outstanding therefore increased by about 5.9M shares, bringing the total today to 19.7M shares. This would also mean that the Citadel Entities sold about 200 C shares in the last two months, leaving them with approximately 600 C shares. Tail Wind would have the remaining 100 C shares. Wednesday should shed more light on this matter.
