Lots of good questions. Sorry i can't give you the detailed answers to them all, but check out news on KMART today. They are looking to buy a grocery chain (not GUCO), but with the consolidation going on in the industry it should help. The new mgt team has done well and should continue to help improve the fundementals. Also, Imperial credit has a buy on GUCO-- 1-800- 696-9966. Call and ask for a copy of the report and you may get some of your answers--Also, see if you can get a copy of the Lehman report. Also, usually takes awhile for stock of a former ch11 to get recognized, and in this market a little longer, but i'm looking for at least 15 within 12 months. And who knows someone may want to buy them, new mgt is from Krogers.
