>>>Why the big run-up in Ashton these last couple days? <<<
I don't consider this a big run-up.), if you followed Ashton last year, it went from a dollar to $8.00 in a few months. At current price of $1.75, the runup is extremely minimal. Agreed, volume has picked up, almost 100,000 in two days of trading. This interest is a combination of the following, oversold stock and players moving in in anticpation of results from K14 450t sampling. If these results are good, I don't even need to predict what it can do to the Ashton stock... Montello will move and I assume the stock is down due to not hitting on the fourth hole. I can't confirm this as my source is unavailable today.
If Montello hits, it would make EVR attractive as it overlaps into their land. Maybe, that is why EVR is also down. regards Frank
Keep in mind that they will probably drill many holes on the 4th target due its complexities.

regards
Frank

<<I realize you are all worried>>

Welcome to SI Valiant -the thread is honoured to be your first post :).

I don't think anyone is really worried -frustrated would be a better description.

Talked to Thomas today -they are waiting for news as well from Kennecott. Maybe today -maybe tomorrow -same old tune. JP
