Here is what Jay Taylor advises, (Sort of what the crows posted months ago),
VOTE AGAINST THERMO TECH MANAGEMENT OR BUST!

If you wish to vote for the dissident platform and I sincerely hope you will,
you do not have much time to act. Let me urge you not to be fooled by a
message sent out by management this past week asking you to delay your
vote until you hear management's side of the story. This management has
had an enormous amount of time to tell its story so you should not expect to
learn anything new now. This is, I believe simply another dishonest attempt
to keep you from voting for the dissident platform and from knowing what is
really going on with this company. Since you must get your vote into the
transfer agent by Wednesday of this week, management knows that if they
can get you to delay for a couple more days, you will not vote against them.
SO I AM URGING YOU TO SET OUT TO VOTE FIRST THING
MONDAY MORNING!

If you have access to the Internet, the first thing you should do is visit
www.interlog.com/~ttinfo. At that site, you can read learn all about the
Dissident movement and how you can vote to save this company from what
appears to be certain ruin for us small shareholders. There are also
instructions on that site for how to vote the dissident side. And you can print
out the dissident form and fax the executed form to either your broker (if
your shares are registered in street name) or to Montreal Trust (if your
shares are registered in your personal or corporate name).

For the benefit of those of you who do not have access to the Internet, you
will need to obtain a dissident voting form. Don't wait for that form to arrive
in the mail because it is highly likely it will not come in time for you to vote. If
you are not able to print this form out or obtain it from some other source,
call my office at (718) 457-7507. Leave a message on my voice mail. Be
sure to give me a fax number so my office can send it out to you
immediately. Once you obtain the dissident form, you should then execute
the fax form, then again fax it either to your broker's proxy department (if
your shares are in street name) or to Montreal Trust, if your shares are in
your own name.

When you receive the dissident proxy, here is what you should do.

1. Vote to withhold your vote for the appointment of BDO Dunwody,
Chartered accountants.

2. Vote for all of the directors listed on the proxy. These include David M.
Pickering, Sheldon D. Fast, James G. Poole, Terrence J. Gorchyanski and
Andrew L. Schaffner.

3. Date the proxy.

4. Print your name exactly as it appears on your shares or on the account in
which your shares are registered.

5. Write your account number adjacent to your printed name.

6. Sign the proxy.

7. Fax it to either: a) The Montreal Trust - The Transfer Agent (604)
683-3694 in the event your shares are registered in your own name or b)
To your Broker in the event your shares are in your street name.

If your shares are in your personal name, you should fax the dissident proxy
to Montreal Trust Company at (604) 683-3694.

But, if your Thermo Tech shares are kept in your account with your broker,
you will need forward your proxy to your broker. It is best for you to call
your broker to learn where to fax the form. BE SURE YOUR BROKER
KNOWS THAT THIS IS AN URGENT MATTER. THAT HE NEEDS
TO GET YOUR PROXY TO THE TRANSFER AGENT BY 3:00 PM
ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 28TH, IN ORDER FOR YOUR VOTE
TO COUNT!

If Waterhouse Securities is your broker, as it is mine, I can tell you that you
should fax your proxy to (212) 425-4003. Attention: Tom Dwyer.

Again, I am very sorry to have to vote against the management of Thermo
Tech, but the totally irresponsible behavior of Rene Branconnier and his
unwillingness to explain his actions has convinced me that unless he is
ousted, this company has absolutely no future. Your investment will be
headed to zero!

Incidently, according to internet source, Mr. Branconnier has registered to
raise another C$16.9 million by the sale of stock. At the company's Friday
close of C$0.25, this amounts to another 67 million shares! Since the date
of record, the shares have increased from 126 million to 135 million! So add
to that makes 202 million+ shares! Ridiculous! THROW HIM OUT! What
is this if this is not robbery? Or if he is doing such a great job for us, then
why does he not explain the reasons for this action. If it would be in the best
interest of shareholders, why in God's name would he not explain that to us?

There is indeed some very real reasons to believe this man is robbing
shareholders which is why the dissident movement will not only seek to have
Mr. Branconnier removed as an officer from the company, but also seek to
have a complete audit of the company's books. There are a number of
former BDO Dunwoody auditors now working for Thermo Tech, which is
one reason some people, including your editor thinks a new firm should be
appointed as auditor of Thermo Tech. For this reason, it is suggested you
vote to with hold your vote for BDO Dunwoody on the dissident proxy.

Just a personal note, before I close this section. This is the first time I can
ever remember voting against a management team in power. I generally give
management the benefit of the doubt. But in the case of Rene Branconnier,
there are so many obvious and flagrant violations of shareholder interest that
in my view voting against him is a no brainer. With respect to the new
management, I know very little about them but what I am 99%sure of is that
if we keep Branconnier on as CEO, our investment is headed for zero in the
very near term. This is true in my view for the multitude of reasons I have
expressed over the past several weeks. This is a very sad story, but it shows
how a man willing to rob shareholders can wreck enormous hurt and
damage on innocent people. It also shows why we have securities
regulators. In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I feel
about this vote. I urge you to vote for the dissident platform. If you are
having trouble getting a copy of the dissident proxy form, call my office at
(718) 457-7507 and leave a fax number along with your name and we will
fax you a proxy form. Other numbers you can call for help are David
Pickering at (334) 213-0066. John Holley (334) 263-0243 or Sheldon Fast
(905) 473-3816.
