API's weren't good tonight but Nippon OIL and Mitusbushi OIL merger might be a positive tomorrow. I did some end of the day shopping and bought some SLBAK's and RONBG's.<g>

HOT STOCKS-Japan: Toshiba, Mitsubishi Heavy
TOKYO, Oct 28 (Reuters) - The following stocks are on the move on Wednesday:

0153 - Toshiba Corp up 26 at 565. Toshiba revealed a solid outlook for the second half after it unveiled bruising first-half earnings results on Tuesday.

0147 - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd down 24 at 447 in heavy volume trade. The company said on Tuesday its parent current profit this business year would be its smallest in a decade. It suffered a 30 percent year-on-year profit drop in the year's first half.

0127 - Nippon Kasei Chemical Co Ltd up 31 at 160. The firm said on Tuesday it would stop making coke at the end of next April as part of its restructuring efforts.

0058 - Oils up 0.85 percent. The sector is rising on news that Nippon Oil and Mitsubishi Oil have reached a basic agreement to merge. Showa Shell up 11 at 768; Tonen Corp up 10 at 740; Fuji Kosan up 10 at 123. Both Nippon and Mitsubishi are suspended.

0056 GMT - Aiwa Co down 40 at 3,030 -- a fresh low for the year. The company is falling after releasing disappointing earnings on Tuesday.

0035 GMT - Sony Corp down 360 at 8,180. Traders say the electronics maker is sliding amid concern its half-year earnings, to be announced later in the day, will come in weak because of slipping exports to Asia and the deleterious impact of a stronger yen.

Good Luck Trading

When is a sell signal not really a sell signal?

osxstocks.com

Are we climbing a wall of worry? Do we trust the double bottom more than the stochastics?...but then again
