Steve, good comments. The only item I would add is that if Canada every tried to simply "print more money" to pay off its debt, the Canadian market would get clobbered and the value of our currency would drop substantially. Not a good idea (Russia tried it). I still feel that the Loonie is headed down.... that may or may not be reflective of its true value. Who knows what the true value is? What is the 'true value' of the Yen? Anyway, good comments. I hear that the real estate market in Edmonton, where Churchill is based is on the rise? Construction as well perhaps? Mike
