I called Viewsonic.... they told me to call their national refurb distributer in Dallas the outfit is called Direct Source.

Now you have me confused. I was under the impression the Viewsonic monitors Armadillo Brothers were selling were factory seconds, not refurbish units. Perhaps Street Walker can clarify this.
