Thanks Brooke and Bob!

The scan seems to work now.

This is still experimental and i have to run it a couple of times and see if it really finds stocks i'm looking for. The idea is to look for increased volume activity in the last 10 days and a volume spike >50% of the avgvol(0,50). I also added a higher low and will now look for long candidates.Added the stoch for orientation where the stock is trading compared to it's range the last 2 weeks. But i haven't really looked deeply at the results. But thanks to you both for making it possible.

maxAVol:= movavg(i,50,vol);
endif;
next i;
if avgvol(0,-10)>avgvol(-10,-60)*1.1 and //increasing volume the last days
vol(0) > 1.5*maxAVol and
low(0) > low(-1) then

println symbol, "," ,maxAVol:9:0, "," ,stochasticpctk(0);

No, Brooke, avgvol is fine but you only eyed 1 of 2.
--------------------------
for i = -10 to -1 do
if avgvol(i,-50+i) > maxAVol then
maxAVol:=avgvol(0,-50);
endif;
next i;
--------------------
Keep the faith ;)
